YoKid provides kids yoga to help children from all socioeconomic backgrounds foster self-awareness. With greater self-awareness, children can realize their full potential physically, academically, socially, and emotionally.
It is our belief that ALL children should have the ability to participate in kids yoga with highly qualified instructors.
YoKid provides low-cost, on-site Kids Yoga Classes, Kids Yoga Teacher Certification, Staff Development Workshops for educators, and Adult Wellness Yoga for businesses.
YoKid’s kids yoga classes, kids yoga teacher certification program, workshops, and adult wellness packages are currently available at schools, recreation centers, and businesses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
