The 2012 NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo will take place on Saturday, January 14 and Sunday, January 15 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Come experience hundreds of exhibits, information, and ideas for eating and exercising your way to good health. This expo is the largest free consumer health event in the country–YoKid will be there, will you??
