YoKid is a non-profit that provides instruction in yoga for kids of all ages. By participating in kids yoga, children are able to foster greater self-awareness and, in turn, realize their full potential physically, academically, socially, and emotionally.
It is our belief that ALL children should have access to the benefits of kids yoga. Therefore, YoKid provides low-cost classes for any interested school or organization, and further-reduced yoga classes to children who come from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. All fees are based on a sliding scale, to ensure that all kids can participate in the kids yoga programs.
